In early May, the gorgeous Charlotte and David got married at our Temple. Our first outdoor wedding of 2024, where their 150 guests all watched them exchange their vows and enter into their new life as husband and wife. The wonderful Lily Lane Photography photographed their entire day and captured the most stunning pictures for Charlotte and David to have forever.
Following their day of dreams, we asked them a few questions about what went on and here is what they said!
What made you choose Micklefield Hall for your wedding?
Micklefield Hall was the first and only venue we looked at. We fell in love with the place as soon as we drove to the venue and stepped into the Great Barn. The outdoor ceremony setting was like something out of a movie.
We chose Micklefield Hall initially because of the location and stunning setting. The grounds are just breath taking. Our decision to have our wedding at Micklefield Hall was further confirmed by the amazing staff.
What was your favourite moment of the day?
On a selfish note, was the reaction of the guests from the speeches, but when the guests saw the outdoor ceremony setup. That was such a good feeling. Everyone had said it was the greatest wedding they had ever been too!
My favourite moment of the day was marrying the love of my life outside in the beautiful temple in front of our loved ones.

Our wedding day was the best day of our lives. The reason for this was heavily influenced by the seamless operation, care and attention everyone at MH gave us. We felt like every need was looked after and we were in safe hands all day. Anna, Izzy and everyone at MH went above and beyond to look after us and we are so grateful.
